Privato Market is a relaxed vineyard gathering celebrating local makers, artisans, and community—set among the vines at our beautiful winery. Wander through a thoughtfully curated selection of vendors, sip on Privato wines and Woodward ciders, and take in the easygoing atmosphere that makes this market a favourite.

The market runs from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with live music from 12:30 to 3:30 PM, creating the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon spent outdoors. Families, friends, and dogs are welcome, making it an ideal outing for everyone to enjoy.

Slow down, shop local, enjoy the music, and spend the day soaking up vineyard views, great wine, and the simple pleasure of being together at Privato.

February 10 – Applications open
April 12 – Application deadline
April 1 to April 15 – Approval emails send
April 20 – Vendor list published on website
May 1 – Vendor payment deadline (For first market and seasonal)
Two weeks before each market we will send the Market map, we’ll also be highlighting participating vendors on social media.

New for Vendors 2026

Market Passport Challenge: Shoppers collect stamps from participating vendors and enter a same‑day prize draw for a bottle of wine + branded merchandise. A fun way to drive booth traffic!
Vendor Hospitality Perk Each vendor receives one complimentary drink as our thank‑you for participating.

Vendor fees

Regular Booth: $50 per day or $185 for the entire 2025 season.
