All our wedding packages grant exclusive access to our tranquil event gardens, featuring a charming hexagon tent and over 80 acres of captivating scenery for your wedding photos. To ensure your day is perfect, packages include a complimentary wine tasting beforehand, two site visits, and rehearsal time. With booking, you will receive a 10% discount on all wine and cider for your on or off-site reception.
Golden Path Ceremony Package - $2300
Enjoy a private garden ceremony and beautiful gardens. You can say "I Do" before embarking on to your offsite dinner reception or add our much loved wine reception.

Garden Elopement Package - $1500
People love our romantic gardens for intimate ceremonies. So when they ask if we do elopements, yes we do! Enjoy this informal and private ceremony with those closest to you.

We specialize in creating unforgettable moments with our wine receptions in the heart of our gardens, complemented by your choice of catered food. Traditional dinner and evening receptions are not within our offerings.
Can our wedding be customized?

What about seating and glassware?
Please arrange for your own chairs, tables, and dining essentials. We happily provide glassware exclusively for our wine receptions, adding a touch of elegance to your celebration.
When is setup allowed?
We offer a rehearsal hour, and while we strive to make the venue available the day before, scheduling is based on event bookings. Rest assured, your wedding day will have dedicated setup time the morning of.
What is the pricing for wine and cider?
Discover our selection in the online store, for any pre-purchased wine or cider we offer a 10% discount. Wine and cider purchases on the day of the wedding are at our regular prices which are displayed online.
How do I book and do you require a deposit?
Begin your journey with Privato by filling out the contact form below. Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit and completed contract, with the balance due by March 31 of your wedding year.
Is there parking and transportation?
With ample space for up to 50 cars, including shuttle and bus access, we recommend designating a parking coordinator from your party for smooth arrivals and departures.
What’s the cleanup policy?
To maintain our venue’s beauty, there are limitations on decorations and everything must be cleared immediately post-celebration for following events. An area is provided for next-day pickup. A $1,000 cleaning deposit is required, fully refundable upon leaving the venue tidy.
Alcohol service guidelines?
Adhering to BC’s legal drinking age of 19, we responsibly serve our guests. Alcohol service must be accompanied by food. Intoxicated or underage individuals will not be served, ensuring everyone’s safety. For peace of mind, we suggest arranging shuttle services, with recommendations available upon request.
